The Brooks design and development team worked incredibly hard on the shoe’s saddle. Creating the stretch windows that help the shoe adapt to your foot shape presented a challenge, but the team came through and found a solution that gives the runner a custom fit without adding bulk or unnecessary rigidity to the shoe.
In addition, we had a goal to take our 3D Fit Print technology to the next level in this update of the Glycerin. Our idea was to create a zonal theme that linked all of the overlays back to the lacing row. This seemingly small detail improves 3D Fit Print and means that every time you lace up, the whole upper adjusts to your foot shape and not just the area around the lacing row.
