Brooks PR Invitational: Who Will Be The Fastest?

Watch online or join us in Seattle on 2/26

The fastest high school athletes in the country will be taking to the UW Dempsey Track for the Brooks PR Invitational on February 26th (RSVP on Facebook).

These future colleague track and football stars are not just fast in their school or region, these lighting quick sprinters are ranked in the top ten nationally and will be competing against each other for the first time this year.

Brooks is bringing the fastest sprinters in the country to Seattle. Who will win?

The two sprinting favorites are actually cousins from Florida!  Marvin Bracy (a veteran of the 2011 PR Invite) and Levonte Whitfield from Florida will be taking on the current indoor national leader and local athlete Tatum Taylor.

Bracy recently committed to Florida State and also just broke the national high school 55m record.  Taylor on the other hand just ran the nation’s leading 60m dash in 6.79 seconds at the UW Invitational last month.  The race will also include the current indoor #2 Cameron Burrell from Texas, #3 Leshon Collins from Delaware, and #4 Marcus Harris from Colorado.

Brooks invites you to join us for the action on February 26, 2012 at the UW Dempsey Track. If you cannot make it in person, you can watch online at Flotrack.org and participate in our Watch & Win Contest.

Take a look at the video below from last year’s record-smashing event.
