Race bibs are one of those things that you often don’t want to throw away, but you don’t exactly know what to do with them. Here are several creative ideas from runners about what you can do with your old race bibs and race medals. Do you have a favorite? Post a comment and a photo below.

1. Magnets or Drink Coasters

Use your race bibs to create personalized magnets and drink coasters. All you need to do is pick up blank magnets or coasters from the store, cut your race bib to the size you like, and glue! Wala! You have a personalized and useful way to display your race bib! If you don’t like arts and crafts, you can hire a professional to make the coasters for you.

2. Medal Magnets

Similarly, if you’re looking for a functional way to display your race medals, turn them into fridge magnets! Simply glue a store bought magnet to the back of your medal and cut off the ribbon.
